Hi, I'm
Computer & Control Engineering Graduate
Passionate about technology, building practical projects, and continuously expanding my skills across different areas of software and engineering.
Get to Know Me
I am a Computer & Control Engineering graduate from Suez Canal University (GPA: 3.16/4.0 – Very Good), with a broad interest in technology across Frontend Development, Cybersecurity, IT Administration, and Embedded Systems.
My journey started with low-level programming and Embedded Systems, then expanded into Cybersecurity and IT Administration. More recently, I have been developing my Frontend skills by building practical projects with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
I am also a passionate technical instructor who has trained over 300 students in Linux fundamentals, C Programming, and Networking Basics. I believe in building strong foundations and understanding how different layers of technology connect—from low-level systems and hardware to software, networks, and web security.
Engineered the 1st Place winning hardware for AlzAware, and co-designed the 4th Place nationwide electric race car with SCU Racing Team.

Technologies & Tools I Work With
A Look at What I’ve Worked On
AI-powered smart glasses designed to assist people with Alzheimer’s through contextual information, reminders, and location-aware support.
Focused on system integration and technical implementation across hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity, connecting the different components into a functional prototype.
A custom Linux-like shell developed in C, implementing command execution, process management, piping, redirection, and command history.
Implemented command parsing, process creation and execution using fork, execvp, and wait, along with pipes, I/O redirection, logical OR, persistent history, custom prompts, and built-in commands.
A multi-building campus network designed and simulated using Cisco Packet Tracer as part of a Computer Networks course.
Designed the network architecture, configured VLAN segmentation, implemented IPv4 addressing and DHCP, and connected network devices supporting printers, cameras, and office systems.
A command-line calculator developed entirely in Intel 8086 Assembly Language as part of a Microprocessor course.
Implemented arithmetic operations, register manipulation, interrupt handling, keyboard input, ASCII conversion, division-by-zero handling, and low-level debugging.
A C++ desktop application for solving and visualizing numerical analysis problems through an interactive GUI.
Implemented root finding, interpolation, curve fitting, numerical integration, and differential equation methods, with a custom Shunting Yard-based equation parser, input validation, and step-by-step calculation logs.
A C++ library management system using a Doubly Linked List to organize and manage book records efficiently.
Implemented adding, deleting, updating, searching, sorting, and forward/reverse traversal of book records using object-oriented design and dynamic memory management.
A comprehensive network design for a college campus covering two buildings and eight floors.
Surveyed network requirements, planned the topology, determined required networking devices, designed the IPv4 addressing scheme, and implemented the design using Cisco Packet Tracer.
A three-stage transistor amplifier designed to achieve an overall voltage gain of approximately 500.
Combined two Common Emitter stages using BC547 and 2N2222 with a Common Collector stage using D2058 for buffering and speaker drive, with coupling capacitors, emitter degeneration, bypass techniques, and heat dissipation.
An embedded system that monitors tank water levels using an ultrasonic sensor and displays the current status on an LCD.
Measured the distance to the water surface, calculated the approximate water level percentage, and provided visual and audible status indicators using LEDs and a buzzer for different water-level states.
A responsive agency landing page built from scratch using HTML and CSS while following the Elzero Web School tutorial.
Implemented responsive layouts using Flexbox, CSS Grid, positioning, media queries, pseudo-elements, transitions, hover effects, and responsive navigation, with additional styling and implementation details beyond the tutorial.
A responsive front-end implementation of the Kasper One Page PSD Template, built from scratch using HTML5 and CSS3.
Implemented custom layouts using CSS Grid and Flexbox, added CSS animations, transitions, hover interactions, clip-path shapes, and responsive improvements beyond the original tutorial implementation.
A responsive front-end implementation built from scratch using HTML5 and CSS3 based on an Elzero Web School design.
Added custom CSS interactions, animations, image effects, responsive improvements, and layout fixes across multiple sections, including articles, testimonials, skills, subscribe, and footer components.
What They Say
Yehya demonstrated strong dedication, curiosity, and the ability to apply new knowledge effectively. He distinguished himself through his commitment to learning, active participation, valuable contributions, and positive attitude toward challenges and teamwork.
Excellent explanations supported with great examples made it easy to understand Linux commands and when to use them. The learning process was also supported with practical labs to ensure I could use the commands correctly and retain them better.
